點焊機就是電焊機嗎?電焊機與點焊機差異區分

很多人以為點焊(han)機便是(shi)電焊機(ji)(ji),其實(shi)這種認知是(shi)過錯的(de),其實(shi)點焊機(ji)(ji)是(shi)點焊機(ji)(ji),電焊機(ji)(ji)是(shi)電焊機(ji)(ji),他(ta)們(men)兩有很(hen)大的(de)差(cha)異,下(xia)面為我們(men)介紹一下(xia)他(ta)們(men)的(de)差(cha)異。

電焊(han)機(ji)與點焊(han)機(ji)原理差異

電(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)是(shi)使(shi)用正負南北極(ji)在瞬(shun)間短(duan)路時(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧來熔化電(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)條上的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)料(liao)和(he)被焊(han)(han)(han)資料(liao),使(shi)被觸摸物(wu)相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。其結構十分簡(jian)略(lve),便是(shi)一個大功率的(de)(de)變壓器。電(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)一般按輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)源品種(zhong)可分為兩種(zhong),一種(zhong)是(shi)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源、一種(zhong)是(shi)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

電(dian)焊(han)(han)機(ji)缺(que)點:電(dian)焊(han)(han)機(ji)在使用的(de)進程中(zhong)焊(han)(han)機(ji)的(de)周圍(wei)會發(fa)生必(bi)定的(de)磁場,電(dian)弧(hu)焚燒時會向(xiang)周圍(wei)發(fa)生輻射,弧(hu)光(guang)中(zhong)有(you)(you)紅(hong)外(wai)線,紫外(wai)線等光(guang)種,還有(you)(you)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)蒸(zheng)汽和(he)(he)煙塵等有(you)(you)害物質,所以操(cao)作(zuo)時有(you)(you)必(bi)要要做滿(man)足的(de)防(fang)護措施(shi)。焊(han)(han)接不適合(he)于(yu)(yu)(yu)高碳鋼的(de)焊(han)(han)接,由于(yu)(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)接焊(han)(han)縫金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)結(jie)晶和(he)(he)偏析及氧化等進程,關于(yu)(yu)(yu)高碳鋼來說焊(han)(han)接功能(neng)不良,焊(han)(han)后簡單開裂(lie),發(fa)生熱裂(lie)紋(wen)和(he)(he)冷裂(lie)紋(wen)。

點(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)機系采用雙(shuang)面(mian)雙(shuang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)過流(liu)焊(han)接的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)理,作業時兩(liang)個電(dian)極(ji)加(jia)壓工(gong)件使兩(liang)層金屬在兩(liang)電(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)(de)壓力下(xia)構成(cheng)必(bi)定的(de)(de)(de)觸摸電(dian)阻(zu),而焊(han)接電(dian)流(liu)從(cong)一電(dian)極(ji)流(liu)經另一電(dian)極(ji)時在兩(liang)觸摸電(dian)阻(zu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)構成(cheng)瞬(shun)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)熱熔接,且焊(han)接電(dian)流(liu)瞬(shun)間(jian)從(cong)另一電(dian)極(ji)沿兩(liang)工(gong)件流(liu)至此電(dian)極(ji)構成(cheng)回路,并且不會傷及被焊(han)工(gong)件的(de)(de)(de)內部結構。

點焊的工藝進程(cheng)為(wei)注冊冷(leng)卻(que)水;將焊件(jian)外(wai)表整理干(gan)凈(jing),安裝精確(que)后,送(song)入上、下電極之間(jian),施加壓(ya)力,使(shi)其觸摸良好(hao);通(tong)(tong)電使(shi)兩工件(jian)觸摸外(wai)表受(shou)熱,部分(fen)熔化,構成(cheng)(cheng)熔核(he);斷電后保持壓(ya)力,使(shi)熔核(he)在(zai)壓(ya)力下冷(leng)卻(que)凝(ning)結,構成(cheng)(cheng)焊點;去除壓(ya)力,取出工件(jian)。焊接電流、電極壓(ya)力、通(tong)(tong)電時間(jian)及電極作業外(wai)表尺寸等點焊工藝參數對焊接質量有嚴重影響。

工藝流程差異
